Healthcare Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Ward Support Worker to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in care settings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and assistance to patients, under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assist with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and mobility
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Willingness to undertake NVQ level 3 in a care-related area
- Completed Trust Support Worker Programme
- ECDL or equivalent
Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata
