Inside Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Team Lead to join our team at Apache Associates Ltd. This role involves leading a high-performing inside sales team and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team, focusing on professional growth and performance excellence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize team performance and improve win rates.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales data to monitor KPIs, track performance, and inform decision-making.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably with marketing-related or document management solutions.
- A player/coach approach, with hands-on leadership and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business sales and exceed targets.
- Strong experience in implementing and optimizing sales strategies, workflows, and tools.
- Experience in building and scaling inside sales teams with a focus on professional growth and performance excellence.

We are open to full-time office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements, with occasional office visits. The UK location is preferred.
Compensation:The salary range for this position is £60-70,000 basic, plus commission and benefits (OTE £110,000).
