Job Title: Sales Director

A dynamic sales leader is required to drive revenue growth and build processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business sales by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities within the marketing and document management SaaS space.
  • Lead a high-performing inside sales team, recruiting, training, and managing representatives to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize team performance and improve win rates.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales data to monitor KPIs, track performance, and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably with marketing-related or document management solutions.
  • A player/coach approach, with hands-on leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new business sales and exceed targets.
  • Strong experience in implementing and optimizing sales strategies, workflows, and tools.
  • Experience in building and scaling inside sales teams with a focus on professional growth and performance excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Work Arrangement:

We are open to full-time office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements, with occasional office visits. The UK location is preferred.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is £60-70,000 basic, plus commission and benefits (OTE £110,000).
