Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Network My Club, a leading networking platform for SME leaders. This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote status, requiring 3 days in our Hove office per week.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000-£36,000 + uncapped monthly commission (OTE £45k+).

This role offers potential for growth with the business, enabling you to play a part in achieving ambitious expansion plans to deliver premium networking for SME leaders at premium sporting venues across the UK.

About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for driving membership and event sales across your region, proactively generating target market fit leads, nurturing prospects from lead to membership, and managing your own sales pipeline.

We are looking for an individual with a proven sales track record, ability to create new leads, and natural closing skills. You should be target-driven and self-motivated, comfortable building strong rapport and relationships at all levels, and highly organized and disciplined, able to manage multiple sales opportunities at different stages.
