**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children Social Work Team Manager to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality social work services to children and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Social Work, with the right to work in the UK. A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and experience within Children's Social Work is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver therapeutic interventions and support to children and their families
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice in social work
