Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing emotional support and guidance when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct care to patients, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and mobility support.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, preferably in a mental health setting. You will need to be able to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals. A clear understanding of person-centered care and the importance of maintaining patient dignity is essential.

What We Offer

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A relevant qualification in healthcare, such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and maintaining patient dignity.
