We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Commercis PLC. As a key member of our global account management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.

Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent. Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (especially MS Excel) is essential. Understanding of sales performance metrics and advanced Microsoft Office skills are also required. A degree with significant written or analytical content and certification in a relevant field are considered assets.

In this full-time role, you will work closely with the SVP Account Management and Sales Operations Manager to develop, document, implement, and maintain sales operations procedures. You will master our CRM system, train the sales team, monitor data accuracy, and document sales operations procedures. Additionally, you will conduct regular training sessions for the account management team to ensure adherence to sales procedures and documentation.

Your responsibilities will include assigning sales leads and tenders to account managers daily, ensuring timely follow-up, and allocating accounts to account managers. You will also help identify, scope, test, document, and implement sales procedures to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Meeting coordination, report assistance, and documentation maintenance are also key aspects of this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
