Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Specialist - Sales Operations to join our dynamic team at AWD online in London. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in contract preparation, tracking, and administration.
  • Customer and Supplier Communication: Respond to customer and supplier queries regarding invoices, orders, and other sales-related matters, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Procurement and Buying: Source and procure IT hardware, software, and services for the company, utilizing your knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other software applications.
  • General Accounting Administration: Reconcile bank accounts, code supplier invoices, prepare payment runs, and manage direct debits, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Previous office administrative background, preferably supporting a sales team, with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer service principles.
  • IT Literacy: Highly literate in using Microsoft Office 365, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with desirable skills in Autotask, Xero, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, customer service skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to problem-solve and work accurately under pressure.
