Line Maintenance Team Lead

We are looking for a skilled Station Manager to join our client's team at London Luton Airport. As a certifying engineer, you will be responsible for administrative and managerial duties with aircraft support as needed.
This role requires ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the line station, meeting regulatory needs, and reporting deficiencies to the Operational Maintenance Manager.
You will need to develop and maintain a proactive and professional working culture, establish good working relations with other departments, and ensure all relevant regulations are met.
- Communicate effectively with the team and other departments
- Manage the line station costs and revenue
- Coordinate with other managers and supervisors
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and man management skills, experience in customer-based A/C, and ability to be acceptable to authorities.
