This permanent role offers the opportunity to join a leading provider of roadside assistance and repair services in the UK, as part of the Direct Line Group. As an Automotive Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers, utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Provide roadside assistance and repair services to customers.
  • Work independently, using your initiative to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to enhance the customer claims journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Requirements

  • A valid Category B driving licence.
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance.
  • Demonstrate empathy and a commitment to achieving the correct outcome.
  • Experience in the Motor Repair industry.
