Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing vehicle maintenance, managing patrol force teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vehicle maintenance of Green Flag patrol force fleet
- Manage patrol force team performance and personal development
- Own, track, and report performance metrics to Area Manager
- Drive patrol performance to consistently meet targets
- Complete processes to indicate damage on cars and gain customer signature
- Support business in achieving Average Claims Cost targets
- Attend to customers' cars within agreed timescales
- Process insurance claims involving Roadside Technicians
Requirements:
- Suitable experience and qualifications from the vehicle repair industry (level 3 or equivalent)
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
