At HCLTech, we're looking for a highly skilled Hardware Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hardware and software support to our employees and new hires.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of IT experience, including technical training, and be familiar with Windows and Macintosh platforms, as well as Microsoft Office suite of applications. Experience with imaging Windows 10 OS is a must, and knowledge of basic network concepts is a plus.

This role requires the ability to adapt to change and learn quickly in a highly dynamic environment. The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service, work extended hours or a modified schedule as needed, and prioritize tasks among many competing requests.
