Hardware Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities: As a Hardware Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing hardware support to our clients in the Plant Floor & Engineering sites.
- Working as part of the front-line team dealing with End User and Manufacturing IT Incidents.
- Resolving Break/Fix Incidents, managing problems, and improving processes and services.
- Owning all IT-related issues on behalf of our clients.
- Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent working knowledge of Client Operating systems and applications, such as MS Windows, Office, Linux. You should also have ITIL Foundation certified, ideally ITIL Incident/Problem Practitioner experience. Additionally, you will require practical methodical approach for fault diagnosis and remediation, good awareness of Occupational Health and H&S Standards, working in a manufacturing environment, and ability to work under pressure and to strict SLA requirements. A clean valid UK driving license is also essential.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
