IT Hardware Support Specialist

T2 Search Ltd is seeking an IT Hardware Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical admin support to the Head of Sales and Purchasing, ensuring an outstanding level of service in a global commodity market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex orders and input data into NAV in a timely manner.
- Raise supplier GRN's and ensure they are shipped back where appropriate or scrapped.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales, including managing their inbox.
- Input data into HubSpot (CRM system) to maintain accurate records.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will have experience in admin roles, particularly in complex sales environments.
Requirements- Excellent Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Knowledge of NAV or HubSpot.
- Good academic ability.
The successful candidate will enjoy a negotiable salary, estimated at around £35,000 PA, along with regular social events during the working day and outside of work. They will also benefit from a standard working hours arrangement of 8:45 am – 5:45pm, with some flexibility to work in the evenings when required.
