At Matchtech, we are currently seeking a Senior Electronics Hardware Specialist to join our team. This permanent role offers the chance to work within highly regulated industries such as nuclear, medical, automotive, and aerospace.

About the Role

The successful candidate will develop and implement safety-critical technology, leading the hardware electronics team for projects. Key responsibilities include acting as an independent reviewer of electronic designs and supporting lifecycle documentation, capturing, developing, and validating hardware requirements, designing, analyzing, implementing, and verifying electronic circuits according to defined specifications.

Other duties include documenting design activities, ensuring traceability and adherence to project, company, and regulatory standards, generating, performing, and validating hardware verification plans and procedures, collaborating with systems, software, and mechanical disciplines to meet hardware requirements, contributing to the development of system architectures considering alternative concepts and trade studies, supporting system qualification and hardware/software integration activities, assisting in production NPI activities, and resolving component obsolescence issues.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
