Job Description

As a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer at Northampton Business Directory, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of new electronic assemblies.

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent and experience in both analogue and digital electronics hardware design.

  • You will work closely with the mechanical development engineer to ensure that your designs fit within spatial constraints.
  • Experience in bringing products to market from concept through to full product life cycle is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop electronic circuits and components for new products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and validation of electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with EMC legislation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary Range: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
