Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at Brio Digital. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the UK IT Consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the Software Development sector in the UK and beyond, while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Drive the creation of proposals and presentations, and oversee the negotiation and closing of contracts.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance our market presence and build strategic partnerships.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading the Sales strategy within the IT Consulting or Software Development sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to identify and engage with new clients across the world of Software Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of IT consulting services and solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
