Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in Kidderminster, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Lead month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to tax laws and financial regulations, maintaining a strong reputation for the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, driving business decisions and growth.
  • Design and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to work with data and drive insights.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
