About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with clients with mental health diagnoses or challenging behaviors and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

The role involves working closely with the Therapy Assistants and the Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver group and one-to-one occupational, therapeutic, and recreational activities and interventions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing members of the therapy team, overseeing service provision in various areas, and providing supervision to junior staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing strategies to improve client outcomes
  2. Maintaining accurate clinical records
  3. Ensuring effective time management and planning
  4. Participating in regular department meetings and supervision

A competitive salary of $100,000 - $135,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered.
