We are seeking a Market Expansion Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted business strategies to expand our market presence, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty.
- Lead deal negotiations and close sales, meeting or exceeding financial targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence and a solid foundation in business principles.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, showcasing a proven track record of driving business growth and executing market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex market data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business expansion.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, with a performance-based bonus structure up to 20% of annual salary.
