Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to grow our security services portfolio.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities while building lasting client relationships.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to win contracts.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and exceed growth targets.

You will need to have a strong understanding of security solutions, including manned guarding and compliance. A track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships is essential.
