Company Overview
Calibre Search is working with a highly values-led design consultancy that has established itself as a national name with global influence. This entrepreneurial organization is seeking an experienced Director to lead its building services team from their London office.

This multi-disciplinary practice has a substantial workload in place for the successful candidate to manage and springboard their own team from, while utilizing existing teams across the country. The initial projects will come from sister companies, ensuring a secure foundation for the role. There is ample resource available to draw upon, along with all the necessary backing to solidify relationships with internal clients and build connections with external organizations.

Salary and Benefits
The compensation package includes a competitive salary, car/travel allowance, share options, bonuses, and a comprehensive insurance scheme, enhanced holidays, and pension benefits. Practically, you'll need to be based within the London or home counties area, with flexibility to work from various sites within the M25 on a hybrid basis and visit teams supporting you elsewhere in the country.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is currently a Director or Associate Director within a building services design consultancy or has previously held such a position before moving into contracting or in-house roles. You should have a background in mechanical or electrical (or Public Health) design. The ideal candidate will be based in London or the surrounding areas and have experience in managing teams and leading business development efforts.
