We are seeking a highly skilled teacher to join our team and support sixth-form pupils aged 16-18 with autism. The role involves delivering individualized lessons to promote academic, social, and life skills development.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience and foster independence in our students. A strong understanding of autism-specific teaching strategies and approaches is essential.

As a Special Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for monitoring progress, maintaining clear records, and reporting to stakeholders as needed. You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience working in SEN settings.

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per year is offered, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, permanent role in an OFSTED Outstanding school with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
