**The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people with autism as they transition into adulthood.
Job DescriptionAs a SEN teacher, you will be responsible for delivering individualised and innovative lessons to support the academic, social, and life skills development of sixth-form pupils.
Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching pupils on the autistic spectrum.
- Knowledge of autism-specific teaching strategies.
- A permanent, full-time role in an OFSTED Outstanding school.
- The opportunity to work across two inspiring environments: our school and Solihull College.

- An estimated salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
