**SEN Teaching Assistant**

Location: Solihull

Duration: Full time, on going

**Salary**: £85 - £95 per day

**The School/role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant who can take on a full-time on-going job role in a fantastic SEN school in Solihull. The school strives to provide the best quality teaching and learning with an inclusive and personalised curriculum. This is a full-time post and will run until the end of the academic year.

The team within the school are very supportive and will help you along the way. The staff in the school aim to give the best possible educational experience for their students. This job opportunity is very fulfilling for people who have teaching assistant experience.

A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant SEN Background
- PECS and Makaton training/experience
- ASD, PD, SLCN, SLD needs experience
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Recent school based references
- Valid Photo ID - Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS - on the update service
