SEN Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support and assistance to students with Special Educational Needs in a classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualised learning plans and strategies as directed by the class teacher
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support for SEN students
- Support students with personal care needs if required
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting
- Good understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position with full-time hours
- Work within a school environment
- May involve assisting with personal care needs of students
