SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school on the borders of Solihull. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children with special needs, providing individualised support and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with special educational needs in a classroom setting
- Provide individualised support to meet the needs of each child
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement support plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care setting
- Driving licence preferred
- DBS update service desirable
