Support Worker for SEN Students

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel.
The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting, implementing individualised learning plans and strategies as directed by the class teacher.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and assistance to students with SEN in a classroom setting
- Implementing individualised learning plans and strategies as directed by the class teacher
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support for SEN students
- Supporting students with personal care needs if required
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting
- Good understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Preferred qualifications include additional training or qualifications in specific areas of SEN support and experience working with a range of SEN conditions.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings and make a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
