SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a good Primary school in Solihull.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children\u0027s Learning and Development or equivalent, and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
The role requires a talented individual who can provide support to children with Special Educational Needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with SEN in a Primary school setting
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individual learning plans
- Providing a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and thrive
Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children\u0027s Learning and Development or equivalent
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
