Community Safety Coordinator

Sodexo is seeking a dedicated Residential Assistant to provide critical support to our community. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the supervision of residents, process information, and maintain records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the supervision of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Model positive behavior and reinforce pro-social attitudes among residents.
- Collaborate with Key Workers and Managers to address resident concerns and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including database entries.
- Support rehabilitation efforts by monitoring residents' movements and providing guidance when necessary.
- Familiarity with good Health and Safety practices.
- Understanding of anti-discriminatory policies and procedures.
- First Aid training and certification.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage workload effectively.
