Job Overview

This Nighttime Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents in our care.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining high standards of customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. They will also possess a basic understanding of Health and Safety practices and anti-discriminatory principles.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.64 per hour, 42 hours per week, and the opportunity to earn up to £1 bonus per hour worked. Additionally, we provide full training and protective uniform, as well as access to a range of benefits, including unlimited online mental health support and a Cycle to Work Scheme.
