Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
About the PositionThis exciting role offers the chance to take on a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong communication and influencing skills, good IT skills, and a full UK driving licence.
As our Area Fire Safety Support Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating fire safety standards across our branches in England and ensuring all branches in your area are managing and maintaining our Group Fire Safety Management system within legal requirements.
Responsibilities- Coordinate fire safety standards across our branches in England.
- Conduct fire risk assessments and liaise with building control and enforcing authorities.
- Attend pre-start meetings (new-builds or refurbs) and review plans and fire strategy drawings.
- Conduct post-incident investigations and act as a point of contact for enforcing authorities, architects, and building control.
