We are seeking a part-time Administration Supervisor for a temporary one-year job share in Cumberland. This role assists with school office coordination, working closely with the Business Manager to lead planning, development, and organisation of support systems and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Admin Team work with the Business Manager.
  • Lead planning, development, and organisation of support systems and procedures.
  • Maintain the school website and develop and maintain records and information systems.
  • Perform line management functions, including performance management, recruitment, and training.
  • Assist the Business Manager in securing service contracts and business continuity.

This role involves regulated activity with children. You should not apply if you are on the Children's Barred List.

Caldew School prioritizes pupil protection and safety. An online search will be carried out for shortlisted candidates. The successful applicant will require a criminal record check via the DBS.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
