Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead our software delivery team and drive the success of our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of our products, from development through to launch and ongoing optimisation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering successful products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the software delivery team to ensure successful product launches
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to achieve their career goals

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in product development, ideally in insurance or financial technology
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
