We are seeking a Building Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day site operations of our construction projects in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the site team to ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Monitoring progress and providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Handling any issues that arise on-site and implementing solutions quickly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
