About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Site Management Specialist to join our team and lead our New Build Housing project in Penrith. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Main Tasks
  • Manage and supervise on-site activities to meet project requirements.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the residential construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
