This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team at Roan Edge Quarry, Cumbria.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will assist the Quarry Manager in overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the quarry, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Quarry Manager in implementing site-specific procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections and audits.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in quarry operations, including crushing, screening, and maintenance.
- IOSH Managing Safety qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
