Payroll Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Carmichael.
Job Overview- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a large nuclear project in the UK.
- Assist the Timekeeper with uploading timesheets and hours onto Oracle R12 & Replicon software.
- E nsure allocation sheets are submitted and received on time for accurate cost allocations and adjustments.
- Reconcile weekly hours worked and paid.
- Follow up on missing supervisor approvals.
- Verify correct booking codes are applied on allocation sheets.
- Upload timesheets and hours onto Replicon software for 200+ employees.
- Maintain Absence/Sickness/Holiday Records.
- Cross-reference allocation sheets with security gate clocking machine reports.
- Process staff monthly overtime sheets.
- A highly motivated, proactive, and practical administrator with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Honest, reliable, and professional individual with strong timekeeping skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain computer literacy.
- Essential requirements include BPSS clearance and a P4 pass.
Location: Cumbria
Estimated Salary: £28,250 per annum (dependent on experience)
