Nurse Practitioner for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services

All Saints Hospital in Oldham is a specialist mental health service seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in caring for individuals with complex communication needs and will provide leadership and guidance to colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to service users with deaf or hard of hearing requirements
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet individual needs
- Serve as a mentor and role model for junior staff members
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate records of service user progress
Requirements:
- RMN qualification and NMC registration
- Desirable: British Sign Language qualification
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and values-based practice
Employer Benefits:
- Annual salary: £35,455 - £43,027 (dependent on experience)
