Community Nursing Lead Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Community Nursing Lead Professional to join our Oldham community team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the development of our innovative care programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Use your creativity and clinical knowledge to develop groundbreaking care solutions that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of care programs through continuous reflection and feedback.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Adult)
- Degree/Diploma in nursing studies (or equivalent nursing qualification and experience)
- Specialist Practitioner Qualification or equivalent training/experience
Salary: £43,041 - £57,246 per annum (Band 6)
