Business Development Manager

At UPS, we are committed to empowering our employees to drive business growth and success. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in maximizing revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities while managing and retaining existing accounts.
This is a permanent position that offers a competitive basic salary of £36,000 plus guaranteed SIP, company car, and a range of benefits including a company pension scheme, holiday pay, discounts at major retailers and attractions, industry-leading training, promotion from within policy, private healthcare, life assurance, and employee assistance program.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years direct sales experience, with the ability to uncover new business leads through door knocking, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc. Experience within logistics would be beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate will possess strong business proposal skills, persistence and influence to close sales, good communication and teamwork skills, organization and experience with MS Office, initiative and energy, and a full, clean driving license for at least two years.
