Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for processing court orders, claims, and fines, as well as communicating with the Judiciary, Magistrates, and other court staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process court orders, claims, and fines with accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with the Judiciary, Magistrates, and other court staff
  • Handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries from court users
  • Provide administrative support to the court team

Requirements:

  • Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent)
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or relevant clerical experience
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
