Part time Office Administrator

We are looking for a part time administrator to join our growing office team based in Worsley.

This is a part time role, 3/4 days per week, with potential to evolve into a more full-time role in the near future. Working hours can be negotiated at interview. Ideal to fit into school drop offs and pick-ups etc.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Inputting invoices on our accounting system (Xero)
- Acquiring timesheets from engineers and updating to a pay spreadsheet
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including assisting operatives on site and the director.
- Perform data entry, manage files, and maintain office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
