We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our operations team at First Recruitment Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate administrative documents, such as quotes, bids, and proposals.
- Develop and implement feedback surveys to measure team performance.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Handle client and team inquiries, logging, taking, chasing, and resolving any issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
- Valid UK driving license and own vehicle, due to the location of our business.
