We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our team at HMP Ford.

HMP Ford is based near the historic town of Arundel, has easy travel links via the A27, and has a local train station, which is a 10-minute walk to Ford prison.

This role is working Mon - Fri 08:00 am until 16:00 pm and will be discussed in the interview.

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £29,200 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
As a Senior Administrator to lead the delivery of administration services within the healthcare team, wider Practice Plus Group organisation and the prison site.

The role will include working within a busy team, supervising admin staff, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, coordinating internal and external hospital appointments.
