We are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Walberton Place in Arundel. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can develop your skills and progress your career.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents with complex needs. You will be working 33 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis (shift times 08:00-20:00).

About the Role:
  • Aiding residents' emotional well-being and social needs
  • Administration and monitoring of medications to residents
  • Implementing, monitoring, and reviewing care plans to meet residents' specific needs
  • Planning, allocating, and supervising the work of the team of care assistants

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a Senior Care Assistant and leading a team. The ideal candidate will also have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000-£29,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual pay reviews, pension contributions, and enhanced bank holiday rates.
