Full-time | Competitive Salary

8:30-5:00pm Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
Take charge of client and team enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Assist the Operations team in preparing quotations, bids, tenders, and proposals
Work closely with the Operations team to manage new and existing customers
Manage internal workflow systems, proactively implementing improvements
Communicate relevant documentation to teams in a timely manner
Enhance customer experience through feedback surveys and ensure technician well-being
Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goalsWho You Are:
