Leisure Supervisor

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the leisure department within a hospitality setting
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
- Coordinate and schedule leisure activities, events, and programs for guests
- Ensure the smooth operation of leisure facilities, including swimming pools, fitness centers, spas, and recreational areas
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all leisure areas
- Train and supervise leisure staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to leisure activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services for guests
- Conduct regular inspections of leisure facilities to identify maintenance needs or equipment issues
- Prepare reports on leisure department performance and present findings to management

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff members

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the nature of the role

- Driving Licence (preferred)
