**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Plan and coordinate various aspects of events such as conferences, weddings, parties, or corporate meetings
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget
- Oversee event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events
- Assist in marketing and promoting events to attract attendees
- Evaluate event success and provide feedback for future improvements

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate various elements of events effectively
- Experience in the hospitality industry with knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, guests, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in upselling services or fundraising experience is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £23,363.00-£23,820.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
