Job Overview

Greenpower Education Trust is a UK charity that provides young people with the opportunity to participate in STEM-related activities. We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to support our team in delivering high-quality events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation and administration of events, including planning, race administration, volunteer recruitment, and liaison with teams. This is a full-time role with 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular weekends away.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in event management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications and systems.
